If we are serious about improving response time for Police, Fire & Ambulance services we need house numbers to be displayed 24 hours a day on every house with a concrete kerb.
Research indicates 24 hour numbers are a form of situational crime prevention and benefit the Neighbourhood Watch community.
Council's need to be innovative and take the initiative in providing this service.
We ask that the Bundaberg Regional Council adopts the proposal to install 24 hour numbers on all houses with a concrete kerb.
