In April of 2007, I was contacted by a Ebay customer who informed us that someone was selling a 1995 version of our Advocate training program on Ebay.

Since the inception of our program, all students who purchase our training agree not to resell the product due to the sensitive nature of disability advocacy. I contacted the seller and explained that using these material could result in great damage to buyer and the disabled person who would use the buyers services.

Our request was met with extreme hostility. I then presented our case to Ebay who agreed and removed the item. In retaliation for stopping the sale, this Ebay seller attempted to extort money from our firm by creating a website filled with bogus, hateful accusations about our owner, company and materials.

Our 22 year old firm has only received 3 genuine complaints in the last 2 decade. Although we try hard to improve, we feel that 3 weak complaints out of 10,000 trained over a ten year period is pretty impressive. Since we are long time members of the BBB, our true reputation can be easily checked.
