SegaSonic The Hedgehog is a arcade game in the Sonic The Hedgehog series that was released in 1993. The arcade game has never been re-released compared to the other Sonic arcade game, Sonic The Fighters. SegaSonic The Hedgehog was to be included in the compilation game Sonic Gems Collection for GameCube/Playstation 2, but sadly due to emulation problems with the trackball, the game wasn't added in the compilation game.

Story
In the game, Sonic, Ray and Mighty have been kidnapped by the evil Doctor Eggman and must run for their lives to escape Eggman Island, an island littered with tricks and traps that can be activated with the push of a button.

Controls/Gameplay
This game also controls using a trackball. Up to three players can play this game at the same time. In the arcade, you use the trackball to move the characters, while also pressing a button to attack (the characters would do a Spin Attack).
