Due to automobiles being damaged (scratched, dented, scraped by other vehicles), vandalized and "hit and run" incidents (cases where damage to cars is not being reported to the proper authorities), the residents of Magoffin Villa Apartments hereby submit a formal request that property owners of Magoffin Villa, install security cameras that provide parking lot/perimeter surveillance.
Safety Cameras would allow authorities (Police and property managers) to identify vehicles that are inflicting damage to residents automobiles.
We, the residents of Magoffin Villa Apartments, in efforts to maximize resident safety and to protect our motor vehicles from "hit and run" incidents, theft, vandalism or damage, hereby, formally request that security cameras that monitor the resident's parking lot perimeter area be installed.
