We, the undersigned, are in support of the Sturgeon Lake Regional Park’s Lease Agreement which states new construction of homes and cottages be built with the distance of five (5) feet away from any public easement. Septic tanks must be installed within one year. This is Specifically in regards to Lot 17, Block 4, West Subdivision.
It is the official position of the Board of Directors to enforce this procedure and to do otherwise is unacceptable. We feel that real or perceived errors in construction should be corrected by the home/cottage owners.
We feel that a positive public expression against these and future errors, can help build a happy community. By signing, we give permission to have our support made public.
We understand that the final decision will be subject to official approval. We hope that all citizens will enjoy the benefits of a more united community, and we are asking our elected board members, help make this a reality.
