- Palmer Trinity School has been part of the neighborhood since 1972.
- A 50-foot landscapes bugger will be built around new property.

- At full capacity, our k-12 will enroll fewer students than Palmetto High.
- Environmentally friendly: 63% of property will be landscaped green space, compared to th 13.5% allowable by code. Palmer Trinity will remain a landscaped green oasis
- 16% of our students live in Palmetto Bay. 44% live within a five mile radius of the School.
- Minimum lot coverage. Lot coverage is proposed to be 9%, which is three times smaller thta what is permissable.
