We are looking to open a children's soft play centre in Uxbridge, Middlesex. There used to be one called Sharkeys which was very popular however the council let it get pulled down for a new development.
We have found the ideal location situated on an industrial estate in Uxbridge, it has its own safe parking which is separate from the rest of the traffic and will ensure that there is ample parking for customers travelling too far to use public transport or bringing disabled children.
All we are asking the council to do is allow us to add D1 use to the industrial use so that we can open the play centre.
Please help us to bring our dream to life and bring fun and enjoyment to the children of Uxbridge and the surrounding areas.
We the undersigned call on Hillingdon Borough Council to grant the permission of change of use of Unit 1 Cowley Mill Estate, Longbridge Road, Uxbridge from B1/B8 to D1/B1/B8.
