We the people, of love one who are inmates in Minnesota prison. Strongly Protest the low wages that are being paid to such important position as a, security Guard and watchmen.
These are the people who are attending to and who life our love ones are in their hands. They are lock up with our love ones and who are watching over our love ones. They wages are not enough to permit them to do their jobs or fill the position to a righteous standard. The position require a stable mind, "not worrying how you going to pay your mortgage" or "my children won't eat all three meals this week"! Security Guards Do the Most, and have the hardest positions,and Get the lesser wages! This have to stop.
Our love ones are in their hands and they are going to treat the inmates the way they are being treated! it is not justice. It is very unjustice and we the people are going to stand up for these important positions, because our childre have to live with them everyday.
We, the undersigned, call on the commissioner to raise the wages of Minnesota Prisoner Security Gaurds, the most important Positions in the Prisons.
We petition so that these jobs can be done correctly by staff without feeling like a prisoner themselves.
