We are planning to open a Wakeboard Park called Liquid Skillz at our beautiful lake in Hemingford Grey. Hemingford is situated just north of Cambridge just off the A14.
We will be installing a "system 2.0" cable which is suitable for wake boarding from beginners to pros.
Cable Wake boarding is a very inclusive sport with an offering for the whole community, participants include corporate groups, children, disabled people and it's not just for the young, people continue with the sport through their life.
Huntingdonshire District Council have recommended our plans for approval, however, we now need to convince the Planning Committee that there is a need for this type of tourism attraction/sports facility and that it will be a sustainable business.
We need to prove just how popular Wake boarding at our wonderful lake will be, so we would be very grateful for your support by signing this petition.
