Lidl have submitted a planning application for a new neighbourhood foodstore at the former Council depot to the rear of the Prestatyn Bus Station (planning application reference 43/2016/0432).
The proposal would a deliver a high quality foodstore on Fford Pendyffryn, Prestatyn as well as provide 25-40 jobs for local people.
