Lidl have acquired the former Harold Hill Police Station site on Gooshays Drive, Harold Hill. In due course we will be submitting a planning application for a discount food store with a 736 m² sales area and 40 car parking spaces.
The site has been vacant for a number of years and has become increasingly unsightly. Our proposal will regenerate the site with a modern, efficient store offering Harold Hill residents a discount alternative to the current food offer within Harold Hill District Centre.
The development would bring a greater shopping choice to local people and create up to 30 new jobs.
We, the undersigned, fully support Lidl's application for the provision of a neighbourhood food store, on the former Harold Hill Police Station site, Gooshays Drive, Harold Hill.
