Lidl have acquired the land at the Atlas Trade Park on Fraser Road, Erith.
In due course we will be submitting a planning application to the London Borough of Bexley to demolish the existing buildings and develop a modern food store (1,405m² sales area), with 111 associated customer car parking spaces.
Our proposal will drastically improve the visual amenity of this site and strengthen the commercial offer in Erith.
The development would bring greater shopping choice to local residents and create up to 40 new local employment opportunities.
We, the undersigned, fully support Lidl's application for the provision of a new neighbourhood food store at the Atlas Trade Park, Fraser Road, Erith in the London Borough of Bexley.
