Lidl are proposing to open a new foodstore at Parkway Retail Park, Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth.
The proposed foodstore will occupy an existing unit which is currently occupied by Office Outlet, the existing Halfords unit will remain as it is currently.
As part of the development Lidl are proposing to make some changes to the elevations of the building to improve the external and internal appearance of the new store. We are not proposing to make any changes to the car park or the access and egress and therefore this will remain as it is currently.
The proposed new store will have a sales area of 1,124m² and will utilise the existing car park.

We, the undersigned, fully support Lidl’s application for a new store at Parkway Retail Park, Holdenhurst Road, Bournemouth.
