Support Essential Policy Change for More Student Housing in Berkeley

We urgently need more housing. The city current building height restriction near campus are outdated. This policy change proposes to add two extra stories to new student housing within four blocks of campus. The UC Berkeley Student Body voted for 6,000 additional beds of student housing. Both the city and the university need to step up to meet these basic needs.
