FREE has purchased 105 Wellington Street in 2009 with the intention to expand its facilities to new premises. In order to cover the huge construction costs FREE needs to sell 25-30 per cent of its residential asset. The remaining housing will be used for low cost housing accommodation scheme. For this reason FREE is asking of Waverley council to support the rezoning of 50 per cent of the property, from Community Use to Residential.
