Ford is actively attempting to attract new luxury autobuyers into Lincoln showrooms by mandating that all Lincoln dealerships update and revamp their existing showrooms.
There is nothing wrong with attempting to distinguish Lincoln as a true luxury marquee. However, this new directive is pointless without Ford also introducing all original design models to compliment these showrooms.
My name is Gregory Russell and I am a diehard car guy and Lincoln enthusiast. I currently own two future classic Lincoln Mark VII LSCs and the Mark VIII LSC. I am truly saddened by the current state of affairs at Lincoln c/o Ford. Nonetheless, I do admire the brand's recent strides in new technology. This however is meaningless unless it is also combined with an all new vehicle design.
Ford's mandate to Lincoln dealerships to revamp and update their showrooms is pointless without also introducing all new complimentary vehicle designs. For the past two years we have worked to create our own concept vehicle that any Lincoln enthusiast or luxury owner would be proud to call his/her own.
This unique design will pay homage to the proud heritage and legacy of earlier classic Lincolns. Our concept boasts innovative design as well as luxury and performance all in a rear wheel drive platform. Won't you please show your support to this endeavor by signing my petition to bring forth an all new luxury performance vehicle to today's marketplace. There has never been a greater time than present for Lincoln to reclaim its position amongst the world's leading luxury vehicles.
Our unique design combined with all new technology seeks to deliver on that objective. It is with sincere gratitude that I thank one and all for your support in making a car guy's dream a reality.
Sincerely, Gregory Russell (and supporters)
