The residents of the Four Rivers Estate in West Shoebury have suffered from drink fuelled anti-social behaviour for some years and want action taken.
We, the undersigned, call on Southend Borough Council to introduce a no drinking zone in and around the the Four Rivers Estate Area to assist local police in combating anti-social behaviour.
