The retro-fit of the Sales Pavillion will not be long in coming. This will be turned over to the homeowners by Del Webb for the expansion of our recreation facilities.
This area has long been marketed for 3 years and continues to be marketed by Del Webb as a future ballroom. We want to see a proper dance floor placed in this facility that would accomadate all future activities. This would be much more cost effective than renting tents and floors for those special occasions and would give outside performers and residents a proper place to perform keeping with the Del Webb lifestyle.
We have visited many, many Del Webb communities and this has always been part of their community planning.
We, the undersigned, call on the H.O.A. to seriously consider placing an all purpose floor in our new community ballroom.
