My name is Robert Espinoza,I am sixteen years old. A year ago I was a victom of a random drive-by shooting. I was hit several times on my legs and stomach with bullet fragments that ricochet from the cars. The police and fire department told me that I was one lucky young man.
I am here today to try to make a difference. I would like to be able to have street bumps placed in our neighborhood so that it may help slow down speeding cars and possibly drive by shooters.
I would like to take this opportunity to have you help me by informing others, in signing this petition so that we can have street bumps placed in residential areas in Los Angeles.
