This petition will be given to Alderman Roberto Maldonado- Alderman of the 26th Ward.
He is tasked with granting the zoning change that would allow for the development to be built adjacent to Norwegian American Hospital.
We, the undersigned, stand opposed to any zoning change that would enable a 4-story, 60-unit planned development surrounding Norwegian American Hospital or any similar development. See attached sites affected.
We wish to maintain the current zoning as single-family homes to populate our community organically.
