Virgin Media have advertised "FREE" double speeds for their broadband customers which will roll out over the next 18 months across the country.
Coincidentally their customers are receiving emails/letters with proposed price increases to be introduced in April 2012 averaging more than £25 a year.
We call on Virgin Media to cancel the April 2012 price increases and stick to their promise of FREE double speeds.
