Verizon already makes quarterly profits north of $5 billion, but charging $2 to pay a bill when we are already customers is out of line.
Consumers already have to pay 18-26% in taxes in regarding to our cell phone bills, on top of paying a $35 activation fee just to become a customer of Verizon.
We the undersigned call on Verizon to NOT start charging $2 to pay your bill. Verizon is already the largest wireless carrier in the USA...and they charge a $35 fee to become their customer.
Why should they be allowed to charge their customers to pay a bill for their services offered?
