Currently, a Guest at an Airbnb home can bully a Host into not collecting money for breaking rules or causing damages. They do this because they realize, if you are a host, that one bad review is worse than losing a couple of hundred dollars. There is a simple solution to this. Allow a host to be able to take down one review for every 10 reviews they receive. A bad host is a bad host and will be revealed. Taking down one bad review will still be fair to all guests.
We, the undersigned, call on the Airbnb to allow some recourse when we are threatened with a bad review.
