People are routinely being locked up with no court order. They are getting picked up by non governmental facilities, private facilities. People who have never stepped a foot inside a court room are being locked up in therapeutic communities and psychiatric wards.
Therapeutic communities involve inhumane treatments while psychiatric wards are treating you against your will like using electrocution. People are being locked up for a low as disobedience which means anyone can get locked and they are driving people crazy!
This petition is to fight for Human Rights against locking up people against their will with no court orders.
The only legal basis for locking up people in these facilities is money! Stop this NOW!
People are being mistreated in those facilities. Those same people do not want to be there and by law should not even be there!
