At this present time, tens of thousands of innocent UK citizens are having their families torn apart by this governments inhumane immigration policies. They have done this by making changes to the Immigration Rules which prevent UK citizens of low economic status from living in the UK with their loved ones, if their partners and family members are from outside of the EU.
These changes to the Immigration Rules have been made into UK law without ever being put before parliament.
The Immigration Rules have been changed to include English language and income threshold requirements which are being used as a tool to destroy the family lives of innocent UK citizens. These Immigration Rules are being used to criminalise and forcibly remove from the UK the innocent non EU partners and family members of UK citizens. The Immigration Rules are being used to stop non EU partners and family members of UK citizens, from entering the UK to join their loved ones.
The English language requirement only applies to the non EU partners and family members of UK citizens, who are from countries where English is not the first language. The English language requirement targets Asians, Africans, South Americans and people from the Middle East, who wish to remain with or join their partners and family members in the UK. It is obvious that this English language requirement targets those who are of non-white racial origin.
English is also not the first language of those EU nationals living in the UK and yet any EU national can rightfully settle in the UK with a partner and family of any nationality, and they do not have to meet any English language or income threshold requirements.
EU nationals also do not have to pay the extortionate visa or legal fees that UK citizens are forced to, if they wish to have their partners and families join and remain with them in the UK. These visa fees are actually a ransom demand from the UK government and any deportations as a result of visa refusals based on the income or language requirements are nothing more than abductions by the state.
We do not object to EU immigration, in fact quite the opposite, but we do demand that UK citizens and their non-EU partners and family members have the same rights as EU citizens residing in the UK.
These issues must be forced into the public domain and debated before parliament.
Every discriminatory aspect of the Immigration Rules must be abolished so that all UK citizens have the right to live in peace in the UK with their loved ones, regardless of their race or nationality.
UK citizens must have parity of rights with those EU nationals residing in the UK.
The people of the UK, of all cultural, ethnic and national origins, religion, colour, and class, demand the following:
That the criminalisation and deportations of the innocent partners and family members of UK citizen's are stopped immediately.
That UK citizens have the right to live in the UK with their loved ones of any race and nationality, free from state interference from this morally bankrupt government.
That the English language and income threshold requirements of the Immigration Rules are abolished along with every other discriminatory aspect of the Immigration Rules.
That UK citizens and their loved ones from outside of the EU have parity of rights with those EU nationals residing in the UK.
That UK citizens are not held to ransom by the government that is supposed to serve them and that these ransom demands that masquerade as visa fees are abolished.
