Fingal County Council have published the following application:
"PART 8 OF THE PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS 2001 (AS AMENDED) Proposed development of 121 dwellings, a creche, and associated site works at Mayeston, Poppintree, Dublin 11"

We, the undersigned, are calling on Fingal County Council to scrap their planning application with immediate effect.
Mayeston Hall is at maximum capacity, and the plot of land subject to this proposed development of 121 dwellings will result in overcrowding, wildlife and habitat destruction, road safety issues, and a decreased standard of living for all inhabitants. The previous application put forward by the council, for 27 homes, would be much more appropriate for the space proposed.
Over-populating an already small and compact estate is not the answer to the housing crisis, and will result in many longterm health and safety issues.
