This petition is to stop the bar noise/music coming from Be On Key Psychedelic Ripple on the corner of Logan St. and 17th Ave. in Denver, CO.
Since the bar Be On Key Psychedelic Ripple moved into 1700 Logan St they have had live bands every night of the week. Most of the bands are scheduled to start playing at 9pm and don't finish until after 1:30am. The stage that the bands are playing on backs up to a window that is not sound proofed and the bar has garage doors that are opened on nice nights. The music from Be On Key can be heard all the way up on the 14th floor of the 17th Ave building of the 300 E 17th Ave Apartment complex through closed windows.
The goal of this petition is to have sound proofing put up in the bar, the garage doors kept closed when they have a live band after 10pm and for the noise ordinances of Denver to be upheld.

Are you being kept up every evening or woken up at 2am every night by the live music streaming out into the street from Be on Key Psychedelic Ripple? If so please take a tab below and sign the petition to have sound proofing put up in the bar, the garage doors kept closed when they have a live band after 10pm and for the noise ordinances of Denver to be upheld.
The bar has live bands every night of the week and the stage backs up to a large window that is not sound proofed. Many of the bands are not set to go on stage until 9pm and then play until after 1:30am. They also have garage doors that are opened on nice nights and the music funnels out of the bar and into the street.
Please sign the petition so that we, the residents of the 300 E 17th Ave Apartment Complex and the surrounding residences, can sleep at night without the constant drum and bass beats from Be on Key!
