Stop The Financial Exploitation of DV

My family has a history of using discriminatory violence against its female members. My father and brother have now both written memoirs where they outline the use of such violence as entertainment rather than a human rights violation. The books were both printed without drafts being run passed the victims who in both cases were still living at the time, allowing them no right to veto the use of such violence for financial gain by the perpetrators of the violence. I would like the UK government to enact legislation whereby perpetrators of violence cannot use their account of that violence for financial gain without giving their victims a right to veto such exploitation of themselves.
