The Minister for Child Maintenance plans to introduce charges for parents who use the CSA in 2013.
We, the undersigned, call on the Coalition Government of the United Kingdom to reconsider their proposal to charge Resident parents for using the vital services the CSA provides in order to receive what is owed to us from our children's absent parents.
We should not be punished for asking for help.
