East Lindsey District Council wants to further cut the hours Horncastle Customer Access Point in Horncastle.
This is a vital service for the most vulnerable in our district.
Please consider the elderly, the hard of hearing, residents without internet access, residents with limited access to transport, residents with learning difficulties, residents with low literacy skills, residents lacking in confidence to speak on the phone and those where English is a second language.
We, the undersigned, object to plans to further cut the opening hours at East Lindsey District Council's Customer Access Point in Horncastle Library.
