Three would be Canadians are challenging the validity of swearing an oath to the Queen when becoming citizens of Canada. They believe the Queen should be removed and that it be replaced with Canada.
These 3 are not yet citizens as they refuse to swear the oath until the Queen is removed. They are seeking to remove Canadian traditions.
We, the undersigned, call on the Parliament of Canada, and the Supreme Court of Canada to deny and revoke any claims or thoughts of removing the reference to the Queen from the Oath to Canada, as sworn by new members of our country upon being granted Citizenship to this great land of ours.
