Stop smells from the Wareham sewer treatment plant

In 2007, our neighborhood started to smell like raw sewerage, we called the board of health, they decided the smell was coming from the Wareham sewer treatment plant and the manager has confirmed that the oder that we smell on daily is in fact coming from the plant, and he keeps telling us that they are doing different things to rectify the problem.

5 years later we still can not have our windows open, be outside, or have family gatherings because the smell gets so bad.
