Stop sign installation

Daily, you can watch the cars speed down Pioneer Ave. From Church street to Judson Street there is nothing slowing down traffic. Drivers can be seen racing one another, dangerously passing those going the speed limit, and pedestrians running to get across the street in time. Accidents have happened and our neighborhood is concerned. With families who have children in this neighborhood it is alarming that this issue is not seen as urgent or important. With Hangar 24 down the street, we are also at risk of drunk drivers speeding, as well. We, the undersigned, call on the City of Redlands, to take the necessary steps in getting a stop sign installed on the intersection of Pioneer Ave. and Occidental Dr.
