ON MARCH 02, 2010, A HORRIFYING CRIME HAPPENED TO THE FAMILY OF A PREGNANT CLAYTON COUNTY GA. WOMAN . SHE WAS FALSELY ARRESTED AFTER CLAYTON COUNTY LAW-ENFORCEMENT TERRORIZED HER AND KICKED DOWN HER FRONT DOOR WITHOUT A WARRANT. SHE WAS TORTURED, HELD REPEATEDLY AT GUN POINT. SHE WAS SEXUALLY ASSAULTED REPEATEDLY IN POLICE CUSTODY WHILE HER TWO HANDS HANDCUFFED BEHIND HER BACK. THIS HURRIFYING CRIME TOOK PLACE IN THE PRESENCE OF THE VICTIM'S CHILDREN. BUT THE CRIMES DID NOT END THERE. THE WOMAN WAS PHOTOGRAPHED NAKED AND HER UNBORN CHILD WAS BRUTALLY MURDERED. UNTIL PRESENT THERE IS NO INVESTIGATION. CLAYTON COUNTY COVERED UP THESE CRIMES.
ON APRIL 18, 2013, THE LEGALINJUSTICE COMMITTEE STARTED A PETITION ASKING THE US GOVERNMENT TO INTERVENE. BUT WE CANNOT OBTAIN JUSTICE WITHOUT THE HELP OF THE PUBLIC. The United States Government cannot allow our law-enforcement to commit the acts of murder, rape, sexual assault against women in any law-enforcement custody in the United States. Especially when such crimes are being committed against pregnant women.
The act or an instant of multiple law-enforcement officers handcuffing a pregnant woman hands behind her back and sexually assaulting her in front of her children is extremely cruel. This was not only crime committed against the pregnant woman but the unborn child as well resulting in murder.
The Government can no longer ignore these ruthless crimes being committed against law-abiding citizens of this country. We the citizens of this great country will no longer stand for it.
We are demanding an investigation into this senseless crime.
