Due to the various ads in the newspapers and the internet sources we are addressing the issue of racism due to the hiring of bilingual only employees.
Americans are not being hired for various employment opportunities due to the fact they are not bilingual. Therefore we believe this practice is unfair and unjustified and pin points those individuals who need employment but are unqualified due to the requirement to be bilingual.
Due to the fact that individuals are not bilingual does not mean they are not qualified for the position that is being advertised
We the undersigned, call on the United States Government for this petition to represent all Americans. We want to delete the requirement for individuals to be considered for job placement to be bilingual.
This practice is grossly unfair, unjustified, and demeans the American public. We want employers to be fair to all those that are qualified for the position of employment however not bilingual.
