We the undersigned call upon The President of the United States, The U.S. Senate, The U.S. House of Representatives, The Governor of TN, The TN State Senate, and The TN State House to stop parents from using their children for the sole purpose of revenge against the other parent, which in turn stunts the child’s healthy development, emotionally, mentally, and intellectually.
We call upon our Representatives to Take Measures to Preserve Family Integrity by making Parental Alienation a Crime Punishable by Law.
We propose that the federal government mandate timely immediate entry into the NCIC (national crime intelligence computer) any and every custody and/or visitation order by any /and every family law judge.
When a child is alienated from a parent, it is not just a mere separation between two people; it is the creation of a life-long hiatus affecting the child for the rest of his or her life.
Separated and divorced parents should not have the legal right to damage, and sabotage the child’s relationship with the other parent. This is child abuse and it should be punishable by law.
Cocke County Family Courts along with many others in the state of Tennessee do not serve the purpose they were intended to serve. Whoever has the most money and power wins. Children and mothers are suffering while attorneys and judges are making lots of money by pitting the parties against each other. Through illegally crafted orders, phony custody reports and improper "ex-parte" (emergency, unnoticed) proceedings, court officials rig the outcomes of cases in favor of the mentally abusive father with money.
If the mother flees with the children, the FBI gets involved, treating the matter as a federal crime, which is used as further proof that she doesn't deserve to have custody. If the Father abducts his own child, the same people don't do anything about it. Mothers are being abused by Family Courts throughout the United States of America, this is a major issue that needs to be addressed immediately.
Mothers that have had their rights violated through family court proceedings and the fact that all due process and constitutional rights are violated and manipulated by family court judges and attorneys that are not working for the clients, but have helped incriminate mothers. The people of the Tennessee State and the People of the United States of America demand a full investigation of all departments. The people also wish to sue for government entrapment as well as a suit brought against family court judges of Cocke County.
Congress, local government, civil and family courts are not responsive to The People. Our citizens have been turned away from juvenile, and family courts, only to remain battered and bruised by the tyranny of these courts as the judges and attorneys mock the alienated parent and children of which they so willingly strip of their civil rights and liberties.
Cocke County juvenile court should be investigated immediately. Many cases have been identified involving mentally abusive and “deadbeat” fathers getting custody, only because of money and power they possess, these fathers are getting out of criminal prosecution and child support obligations while mothers and children are being unfairly punished. We ask that you make amendment so mothers with no money or power can have her children. Please stop the tears!
