Melanie Nawrot CEO of Noah's Ark Zoo and Campground is a licensed USDA monkey breeder who is attempting to start up a zoo/campground located at 3018 County Rd B Grand Marsh, Wi with a 501c3.

They are solely relying on fundraising, donations and grants to provide financial stability to maintain her business safely and properly. Her "proposed" zoo will feature marmoset, tamrain, and Capuchin monkeys, meerkats, prairie dogs, lemurs, sloths, wallaby, llama, sheep, goat, horses and zebras.

Noah's Ark Zoo and Campground is also proclaiming to the community "offerings" of drug awareness programs, teen nights, internships, feeding the poverty stricken and less fortunate and upwards of 20 jobs.

The CEO has no formal education in Zoology or Animal Science and as recorded at Jackson Town Board meetings is merely a licensed USDA Class B breeder. This area is not likely to sustain any business involving responsibility of this level to animals no matter the species. The well being of animals and community are dependant on a very unclear business plan.

We the undersigned oppose Noahs' Ark Zoo and Campground from entering and operating in Adams County, Wisconsin.

The Stop Noah's Ark Zoo and Campground from making Adams County, Wisconsin its home petition to Adams County Planning and Zoning was written by Jeanette Anderson and is in the category Business at GoPetition.
