It is unacceptable that species as Codfish, Halibut, Monkfish, Swordfish, Razor Clam, King Scallops compare in many recipes on national newspapers! We found that newspapers as The Telegraph, The Guardian, Evening Standard published recipes of endangered fishes.

The Good Fish Guide, published by the Marine Stewardship Council is the only source, which can guarantees sustainability and these species do not compare on the guide!

These species are “heavily overfished and listed as an endangered species” as the Good Fish Guide reports. Promoting the consumption of rare animal species is unacceptable and leads to ecological devastation.

Newspapers, which publish recipes, must specify any fish, which has an environmental damage rating higher than 2 on the Good Fish Guide.

Here we attach links of the recipes described as above.
