The city of Loveland Ohio has established a Master Plan for the future growth of the city beyond its current boundary.
This petition is asking the city of Loveland to remove the undersigned property owners tracts of land from their master plan.
We, the undersigned property owners located in Hamilton Township Ohio, hereby request that our property be removed from any present or future plans, proposals and publications for annexation into the City of Loveland.
Specifically we ask that any annexation proposal, plans or presentations targeting our property be omitted unless approved by the property owner.
