§4 ch10: Permanency Through Reunification
10.11  Steps Taken in the Process of Returning the Child
10.11.1  Assess Parents' Progress
Assess parents' progress in resolving the initial problem necessitating placement and identify with the parents a tentative return date. Consistent contact with the family in the home is essential to assessing the progress of the family and for recommending reunification. The Children’s Service Worker should meet in the home, face-to-face with the family at a minimum of once per month during the course of the intervention. However, this contact should increase as the family progresses toward reunification.
HOWEVER they do not consider ANY profession medical input when it comes to Any parent that is considered to have a lower than average IQ score. even if a psychologist states otherwise about a parent being capable of parenting their child(ren).. CPS removes children without any cause to do so and returns children to the parents that doesn't deserve them and keeps the children from the parents that do deserve them.

We the undersign call on the United States Supreme Court as well as Congress to take action to eliminate the illegal (kidnapping) of children of people with disabilities (PWD) that are able to fully function and live on their own as well as making the juvenile judges to be forced to not be for CPS or the parents and to READ EVERY PIECE OF DOCUMENTION that is supported instead of just going by what CPS says and agree with CPS without a cause to do so. CPS and the court system needs to have action against them to look at reunification instead of termination and to not be allowed to remove any child from the parents before services are completed unless they are being physically, or mentally abused and if the parents are abusers of drugs or alcohol.
