The Coppell 2030 Comprehensive Master Plan and the Future Land Use map have designated land along major Coppell streets to be high density mixed use development.
We want to maintain development of an appropriate density and scale for our city.
We, the undersigned, citizens of Coppell, are opposed to high density housing in our city. High density housing being defined as more than 8 units per acre and taller than 3 levels of construction above grade.
We request that high density housing be removed from the Coppell 2030 Comprehensive Master Plan.
Furthermore, in MXD-1 and MXD-2 zoning districts the maximum density shall be restricted to 8 units or less per acre and 3 levels of construction above grade.
