Dynasty Mining Corporation wants to drill in the Bristol Bay area in Alaska. Bristol Bay is home to North America's largest Sockeye salmon breeding ground.
If we allow the mining operation to occur we may lose a huge population of salmon costing hundreds of people their jobs and destroying the entire ecosystem in Bristol Bay.
Mining operations use many toxic chemicals when they drill such as arsenic and other toxins if this reaches Bristol Bay it will destroy the habitat for the sockeye salmon and turn what was once a beautiful landscape to nothing more than a toxic wasteland.
We the people of Alaska, call on the Alaskan lawmakers to create a law banning the Dynasty Mining Corporation, and all other mining operations for that matter, from drilling in Pebble Mine.
