Stop corruption commited by the Bulgarian authorities

So my story as followed.

Almost half a year ago i reported a criminal for different crimes commited. That includes drugs, theft and murder. At first i reported this with the Embassy in that country. They told me to go to the police with this case. That was all good for me. So i started to contact some police officers to report those crimes but they actually didn't do anything other then telling me to go to all different kinds of other authorities. That has been happening for as long as i started with this report. So then i started to contact more and more people. Right now at the time of making this petition the counter is at over 10 different authorities. No one ever did anything about the report, no one is doing anything about this criminal. I told all of them the same, send them the same report over and over again together with all the proof i had against this person about all of those crimes, i told them to have this person tested on using drugs, also to do a search at the house, i'm very sure they would have found something and also that this person was going to be tested positive. Still no one wanted to do anything at all. From all of those authorities i even never heard anything back from at all since that very first day, except from a couple of them. That's one of the first police officers i ever contacted, the one that still kept sending me to other people over and over again and not wanting to do anything theirself. Also another authority send me 3 months later a scanned document in Bulgarian, a language i don't even understand. Then a mail has been send to tell them it couldn't be read because it's in a language i don't speak. Close to another 2 months later they send me another scanned document, again in the same language still not being able to read it. Then a couple of months ago i contacted a lawyer. (a Belgian one because i'm from Belgium myself) This man in turn tried to make contact with this criminal. Over 10 mails has been send to the person and all of them got totally ignored. Also the fines this person has to pay him are being ignored. Yet again the Bulgarian authorities got informed about that and still no one wants to do anything. One time the lawyer contacted a police officer (the one that never did anything theirself) and they dared to tell the man he needed to stop sending mails. Also half of those authorities has been informed that the criminal wanted me dead a few months ago. Still never heard anything back from them. I'm a victim here from theft (a lot of money has been stolen from me) and murder (i'm not the first one that needed to die). Now we are almost half a year later and still nothing is happening with any of this neither with this criminal. Someone like that doesn't deserve to run around as a free person with crimes like that going on, seeing all of it like those things are the most normal thing on earth to do. And it really looks like the Bulgarian authorities do not care anything about foreign people, if anything happens to them. That's discriminating. Different Bulgarian people have been warning me enough about how corrupt the country really is, that no one does anything except for when they get to see money, as long as that does not happen they won't do anything at all. And different people also told me how bad the government is over there. I see how true that is.

So yes, corruption really has to stop and they have to start doing something about real criminals, they have to start caring more about foreign people for when they are a victim of any sort of criminal acts. I don't want anyone to suffer the way i did for the last almost half a year
