To Indigenous and Aboriginal Asiatic Nation of North America., and to others whom supports the rule of civil conduct prescribed by the supreme power of “a state” for the purpose of assisting ancient inhabitants of Cleveland, Ohio, and all lands upon the natural earth, as descendants of the Mound Builders, hereby petition to set ourselves apart by distinguishing our aboriginal-rights under Natural-law and International Law from laws that unnaturally-bind, stricken, and splinters us in order to make us subject to the conditions that deny us our 14th and 15th Amendment rights.

We give no consideration to unnatural-habitation of our current neighborhood or community status. Moral law, being regulated by the law of nature or the revealed law is the rule of conduct we, the undersigned, wich to follow. Civil law prescribed rules of civil conduct that place us in a position to go against our distinguishable “original-law" or nature, also referred to as "revealed law" are not being fully-represented in local, state, or federal government.

We, therefore, petition those whom claim to represent us as councilperson's to help us regulate the actions of those in local, state, and federal government by regarding us as citizens, which binds us to their body of law, sometimes called “municipal law”, adopted in a country or state of which neither are distinguishable as “original-law”, to perform certain duties to his or her neighbors.

The ultimate goal of this petition is a reclamation for our natural-jurisdiction over our ancient conservator rights to land-ownership and the direction of it's redevelopment, as well as preserve and conserve rights of our lands for our generations that come behind us.

We, the undersigned, set ourselves apart by distinguishing our aboriginal-rights under Natural-law and International Law from laws that unnaturally-bind, stricken, and splinters us in order to make us subject to the conditions that deny us our 14th and 15th Amendment rights. We call upon those whom claimed positions as councilperson's to represent us by helping us regulate the actions of those wielding constraint over us, by regarding us as citizens of the corporation of the United States of America, by requesting them to bound themselves over to us in order to perform certain duties to his or her neighbors that deserve and require immediate attention.
