STOP THE CECIL STREET BOARDING HOUSE
WHY?
1. Already a very high density street.
2. Two residences are being replaced with 34 rooms.
3. Regular Police presence within the street now.
4. Increase in traffic and the demand for our very limited on-street parking.
5. High risk area as our street is a thoroughfare for school children and commuters.
6. Greater demand on amenities.
7. Higher incidence of noise pollution.
8. Huge disruption to residents whilst being built.
We, the undersigned, call on Ashfield Council to reject the development application for 47 Cecil Street, Ashfield.
