Seminole Hard Rock Casino and Hotel have caged two Florida Panthers, which are PROTECTED, a Black Bear, a large gator, Racoons and other animals in a small area of the parking garage of their establishment.
The sad part of it all is first and foremost there is no grass in the cages for any of the animals they are ALL on concrete. Also, it is almost IN the covered parking garage where not only do the animals have to smell the exhaust 24/7, they have to hear tires screeching all hours, drunk loud people yelling and screaming all hours and they are in the hot, humid, climate of FLORIDA to begin with. They pace nonstop and look miserable.
They are in need of more space, grass and foliage, and to be removed from the gases and vapors of exhaust from cars. This is a disgrace and should be stopped! They need to be released.
We, the undersigned, call on Wildlife Conservation Society (WCS) to help us release these beautiful creatures. These BIG CATS need to be out in the open running free and living life. They are endangered and protected but are being caged and exploited.
This group also protects BLACK BEARS and again this animal in in a small cage with no grass or a place to roam.
Please help us set them free and to have the casino STOP showing them in cages.
