02 has submitted a planning application to build a slim-line 21metre monopole for telecoms installation together with installation of 3 no. 19.9m panel antennas and a ground based equipment cabinet on Elstree Road, Bushey Heath (National Grid Gas site) WD6 3EA.
As you may know, the Council refused O2’s last application (No. TP/08/1190) for the reason of ‘inappropriate' development within the Green Belt for which no case of very special circumstances had been demonstrated. O2 has returned with a new application.
I object to Application Number TP/08/1821. The proposal is an inappropriate development within the Green Belt and I fear for potential adverse affects on health and do not recognise the need for this mast.
