I have read many peoples comments on Orange Facebook and am shocked to see the problems we are all having and the fact that no one is listening or helping us.

This is my Story. What is Yours?

In 2012 I took 2 mobile contracts, all good until February this year when I received a telephone call from Orange stating because you’re a STAR CUSTOMER we would like to upgrade your phones early, fantastic.

NOT SO MUCH, this is where the problems began. I upgraded to an Iphone 4s and a Samsung Galaxy S4 Mini. Told by gentleman on phone when you activate your new phones just ring 150 and cancel old ones no problems It’s that easy.

iphone came a few days later but no Samsung rang up told by a lady it was posted that day and would be there day after. NO. Rang a few days later told by a gentleman not posted awaiting me to pay for delivery, so I did over the phone. Samsung arrived a few days later. So set them up rang up to cancel old ones told (NO YOU HAVE TAKEN OUT 2 NEW CONTRACTS, THESE NEW ONES ARE NOT UPGRADES) when I explained the situation what I had been told originally and stated why would I want 4 phones, told it will have to referred back to gentleman that originally rang me to deal with and that I would get a call within 24 to 48 hours, that never happened. I also rang up to complain about the Iphone crashing said I wanted a different phone as dont like this one (another Samsung) told no was out of cooling down time but yet it had not been 14days from receiving it.

Anyway on the 13th May I rang again same bull as before 24 to 48 hours. Nothing so cancelled Direct Debit hoping someone would ring me. Today 22 May received another phone through the post (Samsung Galaxy), rang up went through all of the above again, also explained another phone turning up, told you are going to have to send all the new phones back and keep originals. THAT’S IT, whilst speaking to lady kep getting cut off as Iphone kept crashing and she has not rung back to finish conversation or listen to me.

This is a joke I am paying now for 5 phones when should be 2, told not allowed new phones and have to send back until contract ends.

This has been 2 months of noboby doing there jobs or listening to me. Today all my phones are now barred. I have rung them over and over, emailed them, facebooked them, emailed CEO, Head of Custmer Relations. I don't exist.

If you have ever been MISS-SOLD, OVER CHARGED, MISLEAD, OFFERED CALL BACKS that never happen, HARASSED, SERVICES not working, TOP UPS not credited, MISTREATED, SPOKEN TO INAPPROPRIATELY, COMPLAINTS ignored, anything like this that has made you angry and frustrated with this company Orange/EE, then please sign this petition so that we can start to make a difference and be listened to.

I would like enough names to be able to forward this to Watchdog, Don't Get Done Get Don, Rip Off Britain, OFCOM, CISA, CEO of Orange Olaf Swante, Head of Customer Relations Francoise Clemes, CEO of Orange UK Tom Alexander.

Enough is Enough, it is about time that Orange/EE is held accountable for all of its wrong doings against its customers and it is about time that we are heard.

Nothing will change until we all change it and stand up and say ENOUGH.
