High school participation in trapshooting in the state of Minnesota has grown exponentially in the past 10 years. This growth has presented logistical challenges for area high schools to schedule range time for their athletes. Shamrock Leathers Inc. endeavors to build a trapshooting range to meet this need for St Cloud area high schools. The proposed range will consist of 6 trap fields and accommodating facilities.
We, the undersigned, support the construction of a trap range for the purpose of facilitating local area high school trap teams and urge county officials to approve its construction.
