On Wednesday February the 15 at 4:00 pm I, Chris Herbst, received a letter informing me that my property would be included in Delta's bid to have all Southlands placed back in the ALR.
9 business days to prepare for my defense and our financial future is not enough time.
The financial implications of such a decision should be on the minds of all residents.
A simple open forum without the special interest group intimidation is what we need.
We, the undersigned, support Mr and Mrs Herbst in their petition to stop the Southlands from being put back into the ALR.
